More About Sharon
Sharon Chang is an operating partner, working on the Venture, Seed, and Games funds. She and her team manage fund and deal operations. She previously worked on the Go-To-Market team, advising portfolio companies in all aspects of product marketing.
Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, she held various product marketing, marketing, and product management roles at Opsware, Yahoo, and Rockmelt. She launched some of the Yahoo magazines and the magazine ad initiative. Her passion is launching new products into the market.
Sharon graduated from University of the Pacific with a BA in English, where she was a Regent Scholar. She received her MBA from University of Southern California. She loves running half marathons, spending time with her family and is currently the chair of the board of trustees at Woodland School in Portola Valley.
