Blayne Donnell

Blayne is a talent sourcer for a16z crypto, helping portfolio companies find and retain engineering talent for their web3/crypto projects. 

Prior to joining a16z, Blayne was a technical sourcer at Netflix and Meta focused on sourcing and recruiting for engineering leaders and individual contributors. 

Originally from Louisville, KY where I played college football for the University of Louisville. I also have a 13 year old son Blayne Jr who also plays football and basketball.
