Prior to joining a16z, Erica spent the last 12 years working in the entertainment industry with roles at Netflix and Ticketmaster where she managed events, travel, and calendars for numerous executives.
When Erica is away from her desk or phone, you can find her in a local hip hop dance class or binge watching all things Bravo. She enjoys concerts, traveling, and entertaining guests at home.
