More About Heather
Heather Gwynn is a partner on the HR team focused on employee experience across the firm.
Prior to joining a16z, Heather worked at Egnyte where she helped the company scale their HR processes. She started her career in marketing, spending 5 years managing marketing programs.
Heather graduated with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and a minor in public relations and psychology from Northern Arizona University. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, hiking, cooking, and photography.
