Rachael is a Silicon Valley veteran who has led communications strategies for companies and teams of all sizes. She joined Twitter when it was a startup, developing the company's product, media and influencer narratives that helped to tell the company's story through the IPO. Rachael has also led communications teams at Google and Facebook, working closely with executive teams to launch products and policies that impacted billions of people and businesses around the world in the midst of intense periods of scrutiny.
Rachael served as the first Vice President of Communications of Coinbase where she built the marketing, PR, and internal communications functions from the ground up and supported the company's growth as it nearly tripled in size.
Rachael began her career at Greer, Margolis, Mitchell, Burns & Associates, a communications firm that provides political consulting and issues management services where she supported The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation initiatives and several local and national political campaigns in the U.S. Rachael has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
