Samantha Gelt is the Deal Operations Manager for a16z crypto where she helps keep the deal process on track. Before joining a16z, she was the Operations and Communications Manager for Uncork Capital where she wore many hats including firm operations, internal and external firm communication, platform assistance, founder community lead, and much more. Samantha is also a sitting board member to the VC Platform Organization and an avid VC operations advocate. In her downtime, she enjoys playing piano, visiting museums, and going to the dog park with her mini australian shepherd.
