Madan Nagaldinne serves as a Partner on the People Practices team, where he supports all a16z crypto portfolio companies.
Prior to joining a16z crypto, Madan held the position of Chief People Officer at Paxos. With over two decades of experience, he has spearheaded HR and People teams at notable companies including Compass, Amazon, Meta, and KLA Tencor. His extensive international experience has helped companies scale people and culture across continents including Asia, Europe, and the US.
Madan transitioned from engineering to human resources, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the London School of Economics. An enthusiastic yoga practitioner, Madan is based in New York.
