More About Ashley
Ashley Stern is an Executive Assistant on the Bio + Health team, supporting the COO and the Operations team.
Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, she supported multiple VPs and the COO of MasterClass as an Executive Assistant and wore many hats including HR and recruiting. She started at MasterClass before there was an app and saw the company grow from 60 to 600 employees. Prior to MasterClass, she worked at Virgin America Airlines for 6 years supporting over 1,000 flight attendants. Before the airline industry, she also worked in event planning.
She holds a business degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Ashley lives in the Bay Area with her husband, 2 boys, a dog, and a cat.
