Caitlin Cooke is a Talent Partner at Andreessen Horowitz for A16Z GAMES, focused on helping portfolio companies scale their hiring practices along with finding best-in-class talent.
Prior to joining a16z, Caitlin was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Prelude Security, and launched her career in the startup world as GitHub’s first technical recruiter and recruiting leader. She also held roles at Accenture, Google, Nava, Pathrise, and ID.me. Her primary expertise is in building up teams from the ground floor for Seed to Series C stage companies.
In her free time, Caitlin is an avid gamer and was previously a games journalist focused on reviews, previews, and events coverage for Destructoid.
