More About Caitlin
Caitlin is a partner on the Talent x Opportunity Initiative (TxO) focused on building TxO’s ecosystem partnerships and mentor network.
Prior to a16z, Caitlin was at 500 Global (formerly 500 Startups) for 6 years where she helped build the Startup Ecosystems department. During her time with 500 Global, she managed accelerator programs in South America, Saudi Arabia, and Japan and later oversaw a team that managed partnerships with government organizations, foundations, and corporations throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Caitlin earned a master’s of international business from Florida International University, with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.
