Prior to joining a16z, Chris spent 12 years leading recruiting teams and executive searches at biotech startups and search firms.
Chris graduated with a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from California State University of Fullerton. Chris is a proud father and when he’s not spending time with his family, you’ll find him working on a DIY home improvement project or outdoors hiking, cycling, and snowboarding.
