Jordan Mazer is Head of Talent at Andreessen Horowitz for a16z speedrun, where he focuses on helping portfolio companies connect with the best talent in the industry.
Before joining a16z, Jordan served in several global leadership roles at Riot Games, including leading recruiting efforts during the company’s major growth years. Jordan’s earlier career included time recruiting at a boutique technical recruiting agency, Amazon, and Scopely.
Jordan graduated from the University of Colorado with a double major in Political Science & Philosophy.
