Before joining a16z, Jordan served in several global leadership roles at Riot Games, including leading recruiting efforts during the company’s major growth years. Jordan’s earlier career included time recruiting at a boutique technical recruiting agency, Amazon, and Scopely.
Jordan graduated from the University of Colorado with a double major in Political Science & Philosophy.
