Macy Mills is the Head of GTM at Andreessen Horowitz for a16z speedrun.

Macy has over a decade of experience in revenue generation, working specifically on strategic partnerships, and leading business development and sales teams. Prior to a16z, Macy was at Unity for almost 6 years building and leading various Emerging Technology teams on the Revenue side. Prior to that, Macy also led sales for GameInfluencer, living in Munich, Germany, and partnerships at Hitcents, game developer and publisher.

Macy graduated with a BA in Interactive Media Studies from Miami University and was highlighted as an “18 of the Last 9” honoree in 2018, being one of the 18 most influential graduates of the last 9 years.
