Manas Punhani is a partner on the Capital Network team. He partners with a16z founders and portfolio companies on M&A, growth capital, and recaps.
Previously, Manas was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, a venture fellow at Owl Ventures, and a management consultant at Oliver Wyman. Manas began his career as an EdTech founder and raised his first round when he was 20 years old, pitching investors in an oversized suit borrowed from his dad.
Manas graduated from Yale-NUS College with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics and received an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
