More About Nelson
Nelson is a partner on the Strategic Finance team.
Prior to joining a16z, Nelson spent several years in Oliver Wyman’s financial services practice leading client-facing work related to risk management, growth strategy, and market diligence.
Nelson graduated with a BS in management science and engineering from Stanford University where he played on the Men’s Varsity Water Polo Team. He grew up in the Bay Area and outside of work, enjoys surfing, swimming, practicing yoga, and planning trips abroad.
