More About Samantha
Samantha is a business development partner on the Bio + Health team, focused on supporting the portfolio in their growth and business development initiatives by building partnerships within the care delivery network across payors, providers, employers, and retail.
Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Samantha worked in business development across companies in various stages of growth, including CareMore, Aspire, Elevance/Carelon (previously Anthem), and Quartet Health. She has helped develop value-based care programs across mental health and primary care (including building a Direct Contracting Entity in 2020). Samantha started her career as a consultant at Huron Consulting Group focusing on revenue cycle management projects within various community hospitals in New York City.
Samantha is from Minneapolis, MN, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in finance, and she currently lives in New York City. Away from the office, Samantha enjoys traveling and spending time on her new hobbies such as skiing and learning French.
