Seth Lobree is a partner on the a16z Perennial team focused on investment and business strategy.
Seth helps develop Perennial’s investment solutions and engages with clients and prospects on how Perennial can best serve them. Seth also supports the business from an operational perspective, including people and finance. Prior to a16z, Seth was senior vice president and head of investment strategy at Jordan Park, a multi-family office managing approximately $18 billion of taxable and tax-exempt, global multi-asset portfolios. Before Jordan Park, he was a member of the Investment Strategy team of Makena Capital Management where he focused on global investment strategy research and foreign currency risk-taking and hedging. He began his career at BlackRock Alternative Advisors where he was responsible for the research and risk management of credit-related hedge fund strategies.
Seth earned a BA in business administration with concentrations in finance and information systems from the University of Washington. He is a CFA Charterholder. In his free time, Seth enjoys chasing and photographing his two kids, running, and building old stereo tube amplifiers.
