Enabling more African Americans to enter the tech industry
All of CLF’s management fees and carry generated are donated to nonprofit organizations and initiatives working to actively engage and advance more African Americans into the technology industry. We continue to expand our relationships to support partners who share our values and commitment to forging pathways for Black communities in tech.
By embedding Black talent into technology roles from the earliest stages, and introducing new and innovative ways for them to participate across the ecosystem, we can distribute opportunities for significant wealth creation for future generations.
