Alana Benton is a partner on the Growth team, focused on operations.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she worked in operations at Ericsson, Microsoft, and Rembrandt Venture Partners.
Alana attended DeVry University, where she studied computer information systems. She grew up in the East Bay and lives there still today. In her spare time, you’ll find her lifting weights and doing cardio at the gym, playing piano, or spending quality time with family and friends.
