Andie is a partner on the Global Partnerships team focused on building limited partner relationships and raising capital for the firm.
Prior to joining a16z, Andie was on the client-facing analytics team at healthtech startup Included Health, presenting health and financial insights to some of Included Health’s largest corporate clients.
Andie graduated with a degree in human biology from Stanford University and was an All-American on the Stanford women’s varsity swim team. Andie also holds a master’s degree in global health from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Outside of work, Andie spends time running, cycling, and swimming (much more slowly than she once did). Andie grew up outside Seattle, but after living in the Bay Area for over a decade she now considers herself a Californian, having little tolerance for temperatures below 50°F.
