More About Andrea
Andrea Vinkler is a partner on the HR and People Practices team focused on operations and special projects.
Prior to joining a16z, she was an acting chief of staff for the CHRO at RMS where she helped the HR team through multiple leadership changes and eventually an acquisition by Moody’s Analytics. Before that, Andrea was on the recruiting team at RMS as the company’s first recruiting project manager at 170 people, then on the People team supporting the CHRO directly. Andrea started her career as a media designer before moving to the US.
Andrea graduated with a bachelor’s in design engineering from Transylvania University. She lives in the Bay Area and loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and learning about new cultures and cuisines.
