Charles is a partner on the Talent Network team focused on executive talent.
Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Charles spent 12 years in retained executive search at Howard Fischer Associates where he focused on venture-backed companies performing searches for CEO and VP level executives. Before that, Charles was a software sales executive working with companies like Netsuite (pre-IPO), Interwoven, and Apple.
Charles graduated with a MS and MA in political science from Sacramento State University. He enjoys all things related to the water: sailing, SCUBA, and kayaking.
