About
Daeja Thomas is a partner at Andreessen Horowitz where she focuses on UI/UX design and creating interactive and engaging digital experiences.
Prior to joining a16z, Daeja served as a technical UI lead and consultant, lending her expertise to a range of web design and development projects, equipping her with a strong ability to integrate creative design with technical functionality. Earlier in her career, she was a UI/UX designer at a Kentucky-based brand agency, working with prominent clients including Greylock and Mayfield.
Daeja holds a Master of Science in information communication technology, with a focus on web design and development, from the University of Denver where she graduated summa cum laude. Originally from Virginia, she now resides in North Carolina and enjoys playing tennis and exploring K-dramas during her free time.
