Doug Folden is a partner on the People Practices team focused on advising Growth portfolio companies.

Doug has experience leading small (pre-IPO) and large (Fortune 500) companies and has held HR leadership roles at Apple, SAP, Tradeshift, and Malwarebytes in both the US and Europe.

Doug graduated with bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in communications studies from San Jose State University. In addition to being an avid SF Bay Area sports fan, Doug enjoys live music and tries to hit a minimum of one concert each month.
