More About Emilio
Emilio Torres is a partner on the Fund Strategy team.
Prior to joining a16z, Emilio led Business Applications and Analytics at White Oak Global Advisors, a private credit firm that provides senior secured term loans to middle market businesses. At White Oak, Emilio scaled systems and technology across investment, risk management, and accounting/treasury operations functions to support new investment strategies and designed the data analytics infrastructure to support fund level reporting to LPs and Senior Management.
Emilio graduated with a degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Computer Science and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a native Californian that enjoys playing various instruments and sailing.
