About
Florisol “Flori” Del Valle is a partner on the Go to Market team at Andreessen Horowitz. She currently works as an Executive Assistant for several members of the GTM team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, and started at the firm in 2018 as the Executive Briefing Coordinator in the New York office.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Flori worked in the real estate and hospitality industries at numerous top firms and restaurants in New York City.
Flori graduated from John Jay College with a degree in Criminal Justice, originally intending to become a probation officer. Though she now works in tech, she is still passionate about social issues.
