Gerry Chan is a partner on the Strategic Finance team.
Prior to joining a16z, Gerry held various senior roles focused on strategic planning, M&A, and operations at Gilead Sciences, Logitech, PepsiCo, and VPVP.
Gerry graduated with dual BS degrees in finance and international business from San Francisco State University. She was born and raised in the Philippines where she developed her love for nature, the ocean and water sports, food, and community. She loves all animals, especially her 2 golden retrievers, 2 orange tabbies, and all the wildlife she feeds daily.
