More About Hasina
Hasina Aleman is a deal operations partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she manages the staging and flow of investments, primarily in Financial Technology and Enterprise. She joined Andreessen Horowitz in 2023.
Prior to joining a16z, Hasina spent four and a half years as a founding team member of Flourish Ventures, serving as fund operations manager. She was a member of the firm’s deal team, guiding the process management of global investments in addition to leading business and global team operations.
Before Flourish, Hasina worked for UPWARD Women, a global network for executive women, where she led marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives. She has held roles in operations at venture capital, real estate investment, technology, and educational organizations.
Hasina holds a B.S. in nutritional science and is a classically trained chef. She speaks Spanish, and loves to garden and spend time with her husband and two children.
