Jackson David is a recruiter on the HR team leading executive searches across a16z's Central, Venture, Applied Software, and speedrun teams. He partners with leaders across the firm to identify exceptional talent and build the teams behind a16z's investing, platform, and operating organizations.
Before joining a16z, Jackson held executive search, talent leadership, and talent strategy roles across startups and large private and public companies. He specializes in executive search, talent strategy, and currently building AI-enabled recruiting and talent operations workflows that help discover and engage and hire exceptional talent at scale.
Outside of work, Jackson enjoys traveling, volunteering, reading about science and history, and fostering meaningful connections.
