Jessica Keeler is a recruiter on the HR team partnering with the Games, Growth, Seed, and Venture teams.
Prior to joining a16z, Jessica built and scaled global talent and people functions at multiple high-growth technology companies. She is experienced with the development of talent programs in companies at Series A through D and has international experience across 18 different countries in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Jessica graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Georgia State University. When she is not looking for top talent, she enjoys going on adventures with her son, Latin dancing, and spending time outdoors.
