About
Lee is a partner on the Talent Network team focused on technical talent.
Prior to joining a16z, Lee was the vice president of people and talent at data and analytics startup Outlier.ai where he built the recruiting process from the ground up during a period of growth for the company. Before that, he was the first Head of Recruiting at AltSchool where he helped more than triple the size of the company as they grew over two funding rounds. For 17 years, Lee has recruited for both startups and Fortune 100 companies including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Amazon.
Lee graduated with a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Lee loves spending his free time playing sports, and hiking with his wife and two young children.
