Maria LaMagna Morales is a partner on the Corporate Marketing team where she leads social media.
Prior to joining a16z, Maria was a senior editor at CNN, building CNN+. Before that, she was a reporter and editor at various publications including Bloomberg, CNBC, and MarketWatch.
Maria graduated from Northwestern University, where she studied Journalism and Spanish, and was the editor in chief of The Daily Northwestern. She lives in New York with her husband and daughter.
