More About Robert
Robert Weber is a partner on the Talent Network team focused on technical talent working directly with early stage founders in Enterprise, Fintech, Consumer, and American Dynamism portfolio companies.
Prior to joining a16z, he was the head of talent at SimplePractice where he built the recruiting organization from scratch and scaled to IPO. Before that, he worked at Binc where he consulted with tech startups from seed to growth to build their engineering, product, and design teams. Robert found his passion working at early stage startups, understanding the unique challenges of building from 0-1 and helping founders build world-class teams.
Outside of helping founders build and grow their teams, Robert resides in Los Angeles, where he enjoys attempting to play golf, sharpening his skills as an up-and-coming pickleball player, and cheering on the Dodgers and Lakers.
