Stacy D’Amico

Stacy D’Amico is the chief operating officer of the Growth fund, focused on building programs, networks, and communities for Growth founders and their teams. 

Before becoming COO, Stacy was an operating partner on the Go-To-Market Network team at Andreessen Horowitz, which advises portfolio companies on go-to-market and sales strategies and connects them to resources in the a16z network. Prior to joining a16z, Stacy worked for ten years as a client director at Gartner, managing strategic relationships with executives in IT, engineering, and marketing and strategy. She previously held senior roles in sales and leadership at Navisite, Inc., and Verio, supporting high-tech, financial services, retail, oil and gas, and energy companies.

Stacy is a Silicon Valley native and holds a BS in business and marketing, with a minor in communications, from San Jose State University.
