More About Stephanie
Stephanie is a partner on the Talent Network team, focused on executive talent.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Stephanie was a senior recruiter at Pinterest, where she was the first business recruiter hire and built up teams across sales, marketing, finance, accounting, legal, business development, corporate development, business operations and strategy, HR, recruiting, as well as hiring the international landing team in London.
Stephanie began her career on the agency side, where she worked at executive search firms Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart.
Stephanie holds a BS in industrial engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her two boys, her husband and the family dog, Cheeto.
