Agents of Change: How Do You Innovate from the Inside?

It’s the oldest rule of disruption: People inside the company almost always see the next thing coming, but have a hard time being heard or driving actual change.

So when a16z co-founder Marc Andreessen was recently asked the following question at an event we hosted, about introducing innovation in the healthcare industry, we decided to share this answer — as a mindset that can be applied to every industry.
