Crystal Ramjattan is a partner focused on data and analytics.
Before joining a16z, Crystal was the Head of Data at a Series A climate fintech company. Prior to that, she founded her own data platform and worked at a late-stage telehealth startup during the peak of the COVID crisis. Earlier in her career, Crystal was a Data Scientist at Google.org and also focused on Google’s Ads business across EMEA leveraging analytics to accelerate growth in the search and vertical businesses.
Crystal holds both a B.S. and an M.Eng in Operations Research & Information Engineering from Cornell University. Born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in New Jersey, she has also lived in the UK and Germany. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, meditation, traveling and spending time with her family.
