Eugenia Yee is a partner on the HR team supporting employee engagement.
Prior to joining a16z, she was an events planner at Facebook’s San Francisco campus. Before that, she started her career as a recruiting coordinator at Snowflake, where she later went on to manage their university recruiting events program.
Eugenia graduated with a degree in East Asian studies from Smith College. Following graduation, she did a Fulbright fellowship in China, where she researched the dating patterns of college students in Xi’an. Outside of work, she enjoys board games and listening to horror podcasts at 2x speed.
