Jen Kha

Jen Kha is the Head of Global Partnerships focused on the firm’s limited partner relationships as well as its strategy and execution in raising capital. Over the course of her career, Jen has been involved in raising over $55B in limited partner capital.

Prior to joining a16z, Jen was a director of investor relations at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), a late-stage growth equity fund. Before that, Jen was a director of corporate strategy and M&A at HSN, Inc. (fka The Home Shopping Network) focused on acquisitions, new strategic initiatives and capital planning. Jen began her career on the healthcare investment banking team at BMO Capital Markets.

Jen graduated with a BBA degree from Emory University. She is originally from Florida and can tell you all about the differences between alligators and crocodiles.
