Sasha Small is a Partner on the Global Partnerships team at Andreessen Horowitz (2024–present).
Sasha started her career at Harding Loevner, a public equity investment firm, before moving to the Bay Area to work in tech. She spent over four years at Included Health in San Francisco on the client-facing analytics team, presenting financial insights to some of the company’s largest corporate clients and prospects. She also held sales, growth and analytics roles at several startups and scaleups, including Head of Growth at Unlock (acquired), and in Market Intelligence at HiBob in London.
Sasha holds a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University, where she majored in East Asian Studies, and interned with the US Department of State.
