Jen Kha

Jen Kha is a Managing Partner and Head of Global Partnerships, leading the firm's partner relationships and driving its capital-raising strategy and execution. Over the course of her career, she has helped raise more than $70 billion in capital.

Prior to joining a16z, Jen was a director of investor relations at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), a late-stage growth equity fund. Before that, Jen was a director of corporate strategy and M&A at HSN, Inc. (fka The Home Shopping Network) focused on acquisitions, new strategic initiatives and capital planning. Jen began her career on the healthcare investment banking team at BMO Capital Markets.

Jen graduated with a BBA degree from Emory University. She is originally from Florida and can tell you all about the differences between alligators and crocodiles.
