Troy is an Investment Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. As a Cohort Lead for a16z speedrun since the first batch, Troy partners with founders at inception and works closely with them during the zero to one stage. Troy is a generalist investor focused on ambitious founders building AI-native companies across enterprise software, infrastructure, and the physical world. Troy has also leads the majority of the firms investing in Israel.

Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Troy was a Senior Manager at Unity on the Corporate Strategy and Development team where he led over 20 acquisitions (incl. Parsec and IronSource) and spearheaded numerous strategic growth initiatives. He started his career in investment banking at Jefferies supporting media and tech clients.
Troy holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia. He lives in San Francisco but is a native New Yorker. He loves skiing, tennis, and exploring new places.
