Josh Lu is a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he helps lead speedrun and oversees the investor ecosystem. He brings two decades of product leadership to early-stage teams, with a focus on growth, consumer products, and building teams.

Before joining a16z, Josh was Product Group Lead and Director of Product Management for Horizon Worlds at Meta. Previously, he was VP of Product, Publishing, and Analytics at Blizzard Entertainment and Head of Product Management at Zynga.

Josh holds a dual BA in Economics and Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College. He serves on the Board of Advisors for Carina Initiatives and as Board Chair at Astra, both education nonprofits. He’s also an avid cook, baker, and basketball player, and the dad of two girls.
