More About Will
Will Brown is a partner on the Strategic Finance team.
Prior to joining a16z, William was a senior finance manager at PayPal where he led the FP&A teams for Venmo and Xoom. Before that, he worked in various finance and operational roles at startups.
William holds a J.D. from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide. He grew up in Australia and lives in San Francisco where he enjoys playing music, cooking, and trail running through the Bay Area.
