Prior to joining a16z, Avinash supported technical recruiting teams within the start-up ecosystem. Before that, he worked as a front desk receptionist at an early stage start up.
Avinash graduated with BA in microbiology and immunology from the University of California, Merced. Born and raised in San Francisco, he has a passion for cars and exploring national parks.
