Rohini Mukand is a partner on the HR team supporting the central functions.
Prior to joining a16z, Rohini was at Amazon where she led HR strategy, programs, and teams for the AWS and Alexa organizations. Before that, she held HR leadership roles at Delivery Agent, eBay/PayPal, and Ross Stores.
Outside of work, Rohini can be found with dogs, horses, and books.
