About
Caitlin Johnston is a partner on the HR Team supporting employee engagement programs.
Prior to joining a16z, Caitlin worked at Stanford GSB where she most recently served as associate director of special events and programs for their external relations department, managing key alumni and donor events, and supporting the business school’s five alumni advisory boards. Before shifting her focus to events, Caitlin managed corporate and foundation relations for the GSB where she led fundraising efforts to grow the school’s portfolio of corporate and foundation partners.
Caitlin graduated phi beta kappa with a degree in American studies from U.C. Berkeley. She is a Menlo Park native and loves interior design, Bay Area sports, and being active outside with her dog.
