Prior to joining a16z, she was a technical recruiting manager at CloudKitchens for 3 years and prior to that, was at a16z from 2015-2018. During that tenure, she got her first taste of early crypto startups through working on the technical talent team helping portfolio companies hire early engineers and leaders.
