More About Erika
Erika Louie is a partner on the HR team supporting the Bio + Health team.
Prior to joining a16z, Erika led HR and talent acquisition teams at various tech companies, including LinkedIn, Stripe, and Intercom. At LinkedIn, she led talent teams that launched multiple people initiatives focused on talent development, mentorship, and apprenticeship programs that helped scale the company from 1-12k employees. Erika’s passion for HR comes from her interest in partnering with leadership teams to enable scalable team growth.
Erika graduated with a BS in public policy from the University of Southern California where she was a Dean’s scholar. Erika currently lives in the Bay Area with family, and they love to play sports, hike, and be outside in their free time.
